Mr Salama - Silver Around Her Throat

You said it meant forever when you put it on.
You said it was for me alone.
Silver 'round her throat, the one you swore I'd always owe.
Guess promises are just words you throw.
Silver 'round her throat.
I'm watching what I thought was mine.
It caught a lie I can't rewind.
She doesn't know the story that it holds for me.
